Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administration & HR support to Hong Kong office
• Handle office and equipment maintenance, procurement of stationery and office supplies, filing and record management
• Responsible for contracts renewal and negotiation with service providers
• Liaise with suppliers and prepare purchase/payment requisition forms on various purchasing activities
• Handle daily book keeping, petty cash expenses & monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in the upgrading and review of HR system when required
• Coordinate travel itinerary, flight bookings, hotel arrangements and travel expenses reimbursement
• Arranging and organizing Conferences together with Operations Manager
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably Tertiary educated in Business related disciplines
• Min 5 years solid experiences in office administration
• Experience in IT and event management would be a definite advantage
• Proficient in MS office, knowledge in Access would be an asset
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, cooperative, multi-tasking and attentive to details
• Used to working to tight deadlines
• A good team player with can do attitude
