Job Description

Our client, a major global organisation, now seeks to appoint a Client Services to be based in their office in Hong Kong.

Role Profile Key Accountabilities:

Relationship Management – Interaction typically requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, shares knowledge and expertise with individuals and teams for improved work performance and conducts presentations of technical information. Interacts frequently with subordinates and peers within functional area.

Customer Focus – Recommends new approaches to area under supervision; drives continuous process improvement activities across entire area under supervision.

Results Delivery – Exercises considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques to determine solutions using current policies and general guidelines with a recognition of the organizational impact.

Strives for Excellence – Implements a high performance culture by supporting human resource staffing and management programs ensuring the effective recruitment, retention, allocation and utilization of staff, including coaching and development programs across the unit or sub unit.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that Company Philosophy is adhered to in all dealings with clients and assignees and that service levels are achieved.

Builds productive and effective relationships with clients, assignees and suppliers as well as within the Company.

Manages all aspects of the day to day activities of the team including coaching and training.

Monitors performance continuously and formally appraises performance at least annually.

Consults with client managers and assignees as necessary regarding their assignment packages, immigration, policy issues, etc.

Assesses opportunities and pursues additional revenue sources

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Must possess a good understanding in the areas of the end to end assignee transfer process including experience of effectively managing suppliers (immigration, DSP, HHG), policy development and the application of this knowledge to complex client situations.

Experience of compensation services is desired but not essential.

Must have the ability to handle a large global client and provide proactive levels of service.

Ability to delegate work to junior staff and ensure quality and timely completion of work.

5 years experience in International Mobility including some experience as an Account Manager.
