JOB DUTIES (you will be guided and trained on the followings:)

• collect & understand the hiring requirements from clients, source and interview candidates as well as match them to assignments.
• Evaluate candidate by phone call or face to face interview, and make professional advice accordingly
• Will be assigned to working on permanent and / or contracting openings
• opportunity to work on openings from our overseas offices like Beijing and Singapore

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should have passion in the dealing with people and is smart, intelligent and with an outgoing personality
• Prefer those coming from sales, customer service, IT sector, HR field, recruitment firms or sales/telesales background.
• A high level of personal integrity and business ethics;
• Less experienced candidates are also welcomed to apply as Researcher or  Trainee
• Those assigned to work on the China market have to be native Mandarin speaker
