We require a professional to work as a member of the team providing corporate finance services to the Swire Pacific group. The job will involve analyzing the performance of existing and potential investments, maintenance of databases for financial analysis, project execution, research into business development, mergers & acquisitions and financing opportunities, communication with other professionals including bankers, accountants and lawyers, and other ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate should have:-

• A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in banking or finance
• A degree or professional qualification in the discipline of finance, economics or quantitative analysis
• Excellent PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint and using Bloomberg a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and an analytical-mind with good financial and commercial sense
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of law and regulations governing HK listed vehicles a plus
• Fluent English. Good Mandarin is also an advantage
