Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and align the marketing strategies & activities including promotion and product development
• Evaluate the effectiveness of market development
• Guide the team member to achieve the sales target in accordance with organization goals
• Optimize profit by effective measures for cost control
• Analyze the business environment and provide current and accurate market intelligence to determine clients’ needs and feedback new product ideas
• Manage daily operations of the Department

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, or business-related disciplines
• 6-8 years’ relevant experiences in Sales & Marketing fields with 2-3 years in managerial level. Logistics field experience is preferred
• Well-versed in management, communication, advertising and promotional industry
• Be sensitive to business and having a success record in the sales and marketing performance
• Be capable of leadership and can motivate other employees to achieve goals together
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
