The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience: 

• Diploma or Higher Certificate holders in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of solid experience in project management, supervising on-site installation works and evaluation of variation works. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for more junior post.
• A holder of Grade A Electrical Work would be preferable
• Independent correspondence and problem shooting techniques is essential
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Well-organized, good time management, responsible, work under pressure and good communication skill is essential
