Job Responsibilities:

• Manage brand business for beauty salons/FMCG
• Planning and executing sales and marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand image
• Responsible for the developing, leading and executing the business and strategic plans
• Responsible for the brand P/L, inventory control and budge forecast
• Create and implement retail marketing and assist the brand to achieve sales target
• Leading the sales team to create and develop integrated programs that help drive revenue

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business or related discipline.
• Min. 5 years solid Sales and Marketing experience in related business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent spoken and written English , Cantonese
• Good command of PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing, Power-Point)
• Preferably have solid track record in retail operations and sales management
• Aggressive, initiative, creative, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure to meet sales target
