Our client, the market leader in its industry is looking to bring in talent to drive the up coming business expansion.

Responsibilities

Lead two teams to manage the company’s websites as well as its database marketing programmes

1. e-Commerce Team

• As the business owner to manage both the consumer as well as enterprise websites for the company
• Set design standards and guidelines for overall presentation of websites and ensure its look and feel is on brand;
• Define the strategic direction website structure, navigation flow and page layout
• Drive the team to develop all web contents, particularly for products and services with respective business owners
• Provide the advisory view and to the analytic and business intelligence report

2.  CRM marketing

• Plan and manage customer communications with campaign performance tracking on a campaign basis
• Define the strategy to keep customer contacts up-to-date
• Set contact rules in compliance with UEMO and make on-going monitoring and review
• Drive growth, hygiene and quality of the database, allowing the sharing of client data and related reporting throughout the Company.

Requirements

1. Internet savvy and a Degree holder with 10+ years’ database and online marketing experience.
2. Proven experience in developing and managing e-Commerce Site. With strategic mind-set, strong execution on plan and implement CRM marketing programs.
3. E-Commerce and/or business intelligence/data analytics experience is definitely a plus
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese,
5. Outstanding interpersonal, project management and presentation skills, able to present to the C-Level Management
6. Solid people management skills, collaborative leadership and orientation towards internal and external customers
