Jobs Descriptions:

-          Must be able to handle full set of accounts, daily accounting operations and credit control independently

-          Reduce debtor days by telephone and email chasing

-          Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements

-          Perform stock take control, assist in inventory taking

-          Monthly reconciliation of inventory level

-          Responsible for data entry & other general clerical duties

-          Handle staff expenses claims, invoices and related expenses

Requirements:

-          F.7 with LCC higher or above

-          Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting

-          Able to work independently, proactive and with integrity

-          Well-organized, responsive, positive working attitude and able to work under pressure

-          Proficient in PC skill of word, excel, Chinese word processing and MYOB knowledge is in advantage

-          Familiar with English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-          Immediately available preferred
