Job Duties:

• Plan and organize assigned projects from concept stage to development and manufacturing stage
• Communicate with customers and internal functions such as engineering, and production plant in PRC to ensure timely delivery of products and projects
• Follow up with customers and internal parties to ensure changes are tracked
• Preparing quotation and business correspondence.
• Following up sales order with customers.
• PRC travel is required

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above; Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related disciplines is essential
• 2 - 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing and manufacturing field
• Good command of written and spoken English, fluent Mandarin is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft office & Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Occasion trip to PRC factory is required. 
• Immediate available preferable
• Applicant with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Marketing Assistant
