Responsibilities

-        Lead consolidation reporting process and prepare HK and China group management reports

-        Review financial and management accounts of HK and China companies

-        Assist the Group Financial Controller to perform group budgeting and forecasting, formulate cash-flow management measures and improve internal control procedures

-        Review group financial policies, coordinate audits, proper filing of tax returns and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all financial matters

-        Handle transfer pricing and other tax related issues

-        Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, bankers, lawyers and other consultants  

Requirements

-        Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent

-        Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience

-        Exposure in PRC manufacturing

-        Sound knowledge of group consolidation and tax planning

-        Familiar with HKFRS, IFRS, PRC accounting practice, tax issues and custom issues

-        Experienced in ERP systems (E.g. Oracle, SAP, Hyperion and Kingdee)

-        Pro-active, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

-        Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

-         Work in Shenzhen 3 or 4days and Hong Kong 1 or 2days
