Assistant Administration Officer/Administration Assistant - Top Urgent

Salary : 12K - 13K 
Location : Kwun Tong x 1 / Wan Chai  x 2 
5 Day's Work per week / Medical / Garantee 13 Monthly Salary / Performance Bonus

Responsibilities 

• To daily handle incoming calls , Greeting customer , Conference room arrangement 
• Assist in handling office supplies , Stationary , office maintenance ... etc 
• Assist to organize compant event & liaison with office suppliers is Preferred 

Requirements 

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration (Form 5 will be consider) 
• At least 1 - 3 years Administration or HR working experience 
• Good command in writted and spoken English & Mandarin 
• Immediate available is preferred  

** Fresh Candidate with less experience will be considered for Administration Clerk 10K (Other Company ) **
