KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 1)   PR function

• Integrate global PR plan with local PR calendar with qualitative execution.
• Monitor monthly qualitative and quantitative PR coverage to ensure the brand ranking is maintained or above.
• Pitch for qualitative PR exposure opportunities with media.
• Develop local press release to enhance local activities and functions.  
• Manage communication materials such as translation and proof reading.
• Maintain and strengthen press relationships.
• Responsible for the ROI of press events.
• Identify strong partners for two main areas: (1) Build brand desirability targeting at both male and female segments (2) Recruitment of new potential customers in a view to support commercial objectives.
• Assist in the organisation of press event, in cooperation with event management team and PR agency (when applicable).

2)   Implementation of Communication strategy

• Ensure brand communication is in line to international guideline.
• Provide media guideline to agency and be able to take the lead in negotiation for prime positions.
• Oversee the media plan is properly executed and be reactive to adhoc changes.
• Align value added synergies between traditional and online media investment to optimize advertising spending.

3)  Monitoring of A&P budget spending with monthly updated report.

4)  Internal communications among inter-departments on communication actions and
    implementation.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience in Media & Public Relations in Hong Kong. Preferably with experience from luxury / fashion industry.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
