Duties: 

• Handle import and export shipping docs
• Providing clerical, administrative and secretarial support to factory staffs and accounting clerk as assigned such as such as filing, scanning, faxing, copying , ordering supplies, invoices verifications…etc.
• Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and mails
• Handle general office administration duties including courier delivery, managing stationary/office equipment/consumables, sourcing best suppliers for administrative/financial/other activities relative to smooth functioning
• Handle human resource such as recruitment, compensation
• Working time: 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6pm (Alternative Saturdays)

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years clerical work experience is preferable
• Good in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-presented & strong sense of initiative, and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
