Our client, a leading financial institution group, they are hiring a talent candidate in senior level to join their company to support the team function in its Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for the reporting team and produce a high standard of quality reports.
• Implementation of bank, value added to the businesses by deploying business lines and product economic profitability analytics.
• Improved the quality of new loans by deploying a simulator to frontline to estimate capital cost required for asset products including trade finance, corporate loan, mortgage, credit card and treasury products.
• Delivered time deposit analysis allowing finance users to understand time deposit profitability in different dimensions and track time deposit campaigns performance
• Enhanced the frontline performance measurement platform by deploying frontline referral tracking and profit sharing engine.
• Substantially improved the efficiency of analysis and MIS reporting by deploying a database and web reporting platform for Finance department.
• Work closely with internal / external parties on the preparation of financial reports, system changes request and UAT support. 

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Statistics
• At least 15-18 years account experience in the financial / banking industry, preferably in financial planning and analysis in multinational company.
• Experience in banking products include trade financing, money market loans, syndicated loans, overdraft and treasury products etc.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is required.

Candidate with less experience will consider as Manager, Financial Analysis & Reporting.
