Our client is a renowned beauty brand and they are looking for the right candidate to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Beauty Consultants to achieve the company target and responsible for the shop daily operation
• Build up the brand's in high end image by excellent customer service and strong product knowledge
• Responsible for providing professional skincare and body care consultation to customer
• Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation
• Collect, analyses and compile report of market information

Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ retail experience in beauty sector, in which 3 years are at managerial level
• Familiar with retail operation, people management and the product knowledge
• Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
