- Over 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years of related supervisory experience in customer/member experience and sales

- Ability to innovatively make use of conventional, digital and mobile platforms, in particular social media and APPS to create an integrated customer experience for a full spectrum of market segments

- Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships

- Background in chain store operations and customer care a plus

- Key person to design and manage the customer interface of our chain network and to supervise a team of customer care staff
