Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general customer services duties to maintain a smooth center operation
• Provide active quality customer services to customer
• Manage service process flow to ensure service standard is met
• Handle treatment booking and customers’ enquiries
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service industry
• Able to work on own initiative, as well as being a good team player
• Service oriented with passion in customer service
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, self-motivated, good interpersonal and presentation skills

Candidates with more qualification and experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
