Duties:

1. Set and monitor strategic goals, budgets and manpower plans of the department with cost-effectiveness alsong the institution’s directions;

2. Devise and adjust marketing strategies, plans and policies in alignment with institution’s goals;

3. Build and maintain sound networks for institutional development and generate brand awareness;

4. Review and enhance the quality of customer service of the institution;

5. Champion internal and external communication for the institution.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Communication;

2. A minimum of 8 years’ working experience, of which 4 years are relevant;

3. Language proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

4. Resourcefulness in media, marketing, branding and networking;

5. Competence in management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Experience in Higher Education would be an advantage.
