Responsibilities:-

• Create new designs and concepts for different styles of fashion handbags and small leather goods
• Set different product direction, topic and design strategy according to sales department, marketing department in the company
• Control the R & D cost and materials sourcing budget in a reasonable range
• Origaniz manage and meet deadlines
• Good communication skill and team work spirit

Requirements:-

•  Degree or Diploma in fashion design, product design or related majors
•  knowledge of textile and material construction & properites
•  8 - 10 year experience in design and developing in field of handbag
•  Good market handbag sense, new design concept & idea creation
•  Good command of English, Cantonese & Mardarin
•  Proficient in various design software ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad etc )
•  Initiative, strong sense of responsibilities
•  Station in China 2-3 days a week
•  Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Designer or Assistant Designer
