• Execute seasonal trade coop campaigns by working closely with coop trade partners overseas
• Formulate trade marketing and coop strategies for all target markets across Asia; Initiate and explore tactical coop opportunities with travel trade partners
• Manage overseas promotional projects including but not limited to trade shows, hotel road shows and events organized by Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO)
• Produce campaign reports with evaluation and recommendations; share market intelligence and campaign analyses with management and sales team
• Liaise with internal business and operation units to make sure smooth campaign logistics of trade promotions
• Manage campaign budget and monitor results (ROI) for all programs
• Production of trade marketing collaterals for specific markets

  Job Requirements

• Degree in Tourism or Marketing preferred
• 5 years or more working experiences in related area
• Understanding of cultural differences and availability of promotion channels in Asia Pacific countries
• Knowledge of regional holiday patterns, industry practices, trade structure and distribution channels in some of the hotel’s key markets
• Ability to relate various products/destination events/in-house promotions and how to turn them into leisure/MICE marketing opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with minimum supervision
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows Applications
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• This position is required to station in Macau, SAR.
