The incumbent will be responsible for management of the design, procurement, construction and related activities of assigned development or asset enhancement projects with due regard for time, cost, quality, maintenance, operation, environmental sustainability and social responsibility requirements from project initiation to completion, and handover to related departments or end users until expiry of Defects Liability Period.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Corporate member of HKIE (Building Service Discipline) and CIBSE or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience on building projects, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Experience in prestigious commercial and certified green building projects is preferable
• Previous working experience with property developer is preferable but not a must
• Able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables
• Creative with good communication and management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
