Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all visual duties within our stores & counters to unify brand image
• Conduct training to front-line staff to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to corporate guideline
• Work closely with operations on merchandise presentation during promotional/seasonal changeover (including merchandise changes and presentation on all mannequins and fixtures)
• Monitor to merchandises presentation and shop window by regular shop visits
• Participate in new store development or renovation project
• Follow up on production work of VM materials (including sourcing, organizing and distributing)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising
• 4-6 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail chain stores
• Good knowledge in computer graphic and familiar with MS Office applications, and Adobe platforms (illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Draw)
• Knowledge in fashion styling and colour trends
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
