Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful results
- Administer C&B related programs
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources
- Update and maintain wider HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business
- Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
Experience
- Ideally an HR / business related degree
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional services and/or consultancy firm
- Knowledge of interpreting and analysing compensation surveys and salary benchmarking
- A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)
