Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the senior management/leadership team of the Tax function on Practice/ Engagement Management and all-rounded administrative matters
- Produce a variety of routine and ad-hoc management reports, both financial and non-financial related. This includes downloading and configuring reports from the firm’s Practice Management System and other related systems
- Assist with the preparation of Financial Budgeting in particular inputting relevant details into the Financial Budgeting System, preparing relevant supporting worksheets and documents, downloading and preparing corresponding reports
- The above also includes the monitoring of various matters including the submission of timesheets, collating administrative, practice/engagement management related data/information and preparing related reports
- Work with the firm’s infrastructure teams in administering or overseeing various practice/engagement management and administrative matters
Experience
- Minimum of three years related working experience in general practice/engagement management and administrative matters including the use of management systems and producing management/administrative reports (both financial and non-financial related)
- Excellent attention to details and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to change including mastering the use of the firm’s Practice Management System, Financial Budgeting System and other related systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level leadership, client service engagement teams and other support/infrastructure team members. Work well in a team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
