Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To achieve monthly and annual sales target
- Handle enquiries and dealings on B2B level
- Preparation of business records including sales proposals, minutes on client meetings, booking conversions, and general coordination on sales and contract matters
- Conduct site inspection for agents and clients
- Conduct pro-active sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support
- Sales experience in Hospitality Industry is an absolute advantage
- Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in Opera System and Hotel pre-opening setup is an advantage
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
