Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for consolidation of P&L of Licensing business
Manage Royalty payments and collections
Review accounting and reporting procedures of all Licensing business
Prepare financial closing, budgeting & forecast on a timely basis
Conduct financial review and analysis
Assist in handling tax optimization
Provide support for Licensing business and Merge & Acquisition projects

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting related disciplines
With at least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Licensing Royalty Management
Analytical, numeric sensitive and attentive to details
Proficiency in MS Office application with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge in Hyperion / JD Edwards applications is an asset
Knowledge in tax regulations is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor - Finance
