Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle CEO’s personal matters, including confidential correspondence and records
Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment
Accompany the CEO to attend social events and entertainment functions
Coordinate the logistics of CEO’s and VIP’s overseas trips and itineraries
Working hour from 11:00am to 3:00am (16 hours), alternate day off; one 24-hour shift either on Saturday or Sunday

Job Requirements:

Matriculated or above
At least 1 year experience in hotel, airline or customer service sector
Good Customer service skill
Fluency in Putonghua and good command in English and Chinese
Presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded, and excellent interpersonal skill
