Objective:

To support and maintain all the appliances and computer system

Responsibilities:

will include but not be limited to the following-

- To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications;

- To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;

- To provide technical support to all office staffs through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;

- To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required;

- To maintain all the shop appliances and computer equipment.

Requirements:

Network: Windows Environment, Network Security, Network Setup & configuration, Desktops/ PCs Appliances: Hand held, POS, scale and other retail appliances

- F.5 or above with Diploma or Degree in IT-related discipline;

- Knowledge of TCP/ IP and operating systems (Windows);

- Experience with POS and appliances for retail and back office is preferred;

- Have to work on shift and at shops;

- Working experience in shop / computer room environments;

- Good communication skill, client service focused and interpersonal skill;

- Experiences in field support is preferred;

- Shift duty on Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday is required;

- Immediate availability is a must.
