Position Summary: A key member of the merchandising team working under the guidance of the Regional General Manager. Primary responsibilities include working closely with Regional Category Merchandising Managers on data integrity of new product category development; managing the integrity of informational data systems and spreadsheets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Regional Category Merchandising Managers to ensure the product information are accurate and up to date and in accordance to the requirements of designers/ TD designers tech pack.
• Day to day maintenance of internal information systems. Accountable for following data entry policy and procedures and maintaining the integrity of the data.
• Run and resolve all data validations and create regular reports for NB, Warrior.
• Work with Regional General Manager and Regional Category Merchandising Managers to develop, analyze and track market metrics by using relevant internal systems.
• Responsible for understanding all aspects of product data and the data management process. Act as liaison with the US Merchandising team to share information and best practice and assist in resolution of issues relating to data integrity.
• Participates in ongoing data cleansing activities as required by business rule changes.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, preferably major in fashion, textile design, merchandising or equivalent.
• Around 3-5 relevant experiences in data administration and management field. Candidates with sportswear industry background are highly preferred.  
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense.
• Detail minded and multi-tasking skill.
• Well organized and ability to operates efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Immediate available is preferred.
