• Provide user support and technical services to internal users
• Install, configure and maintain desktop PC, printers, Window Server (Files & Email)
• Manage the inventory control of computer hardware and software license
• Review and update existing documentation
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• High diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 years' experience in supporting Windows Server system (NT/2000/2003/2008)
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft office
• Hard-working, willing to learn, proactive, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
