Job Description
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Holder of MCSE/MCITP is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in system administration/helpdesk support
- Solid experience on Exchange Server 2007, IIS, Active Directory is a must
- Experience in TCP/IP networking, routers, switches, VPN and firewall
- Hands on experience in MS Windows Server setup and administration
- Proficiency in Windows 7/XP, MS Office
- Hands on experience in Android, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad support
- Webpage updating
- Self-motivated, independent, with problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
