Our client is a famous Fashion Retailer.  Due to business expansion, they are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and manage marketing budget 
• Set monthly and yearly strategies and sales target for the team
• Plan, develop and implement effective sales and marketing activities to meet market demands with the objective to increase sales revenue, profits and generate sales leads
• Manage and plan sales activities to build and maintain branding and to use communications through advertising, public relations, web communications, shop & members promotions and events
• Identify and explore new business development opportunities and channels
• Maintain good distributor and customer relationship
• Direct, monitor and evaluate market research programs
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing and related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales & marketing
• Solid experience in Retail or MNC marketing preferable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, creative and able to drive changes in a fast-paced environment
