Job Description
Reports to: Retail Manager
Achieve sales whilst maximising further sales opportunities by playing a pro-active role outside the boutique. Responsible to train boutiques’ staffs regularly regarding products/brand knowledge, selling techniques and competitor’s knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Allocate boutique sales associates and ABM responsibilities
- Achieves the monthly budget and respects discount policy
- Defines the daily/weekly sales targets
- Conducts a morning brief and weekly/monthly meetings
- Guarantees security of goods
- Train the boutique sales staff to improve their sales techniques, product / brand knowledge and competitor’s knowledge
- Guarantees cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, personal grooming of sales team
- Manages the stock of the boutique and inform management about the stock situation and missed sales (reports every month)
- Completes daily reporting (sales reports, rosters/duty rosters, CRM)
- Manages and follows up on reservations, tailor made products order
- Applies CRM programme and develops VIP clients database
- Collects client’s info, augments address and maintain database
- Responsible for aftersales service and repairs/complaints
Boutique manager profile
- At least 6-8 years of sales experience in high-end/Luxury brands
- Preferably team leader function in previous sales job
- Excellent presentation, flexible, open-minded, multitask
- Outstanding team management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurship and ambition
- Strong sense of sales and luxury service
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
