Reports to: Retail Manager

Achieve sales whilst maximising further sales opportunities by playing a pro-active role outside the boutique. Responsible to train boutiques’ staffs regularly regarding products/brand knowledge, selling techniques and competitor’s knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Allocate boutique sales associates and ABM responsibilities
• Achieves the monthly budget and respects discount policy
• Defines the daily/weekly sales targets
• Conducts a morning brief and weekly/monthly meetings
• Guarantees security of goods
• Train the boutique sales staff to improve their sales techniques, product / brand knowledge and competitor’s knowledge
• Guarantees cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, personal grooming of sales team
• Manages the stock of the boutique and inform management about the stock situation and missed sales (reports every month)
• Completes daily reporting (sales reports, rosters/duty rosters, CRM)
• Manages and follows up on reservations, tailor made products order
• Applies CRM programme and develops VIP clients database
• Collects client’s info, augments address and maintain database
• Responsible for aftersales service and repairs/complaints

Boutique manager profile

• At least 6-8 years of sales experience in high-end/Luxury brands
• Preferably team leader function in previous sales job
• Excellent presentation, flexible, open-minded, multitask
• Outstanding team management and coaching skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurship and ambition
• Strong sense of sales and luxury service
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
