Our client is a very sizable & prestigious retail firm and they are now looking for potential incumbent to join their team.

The role:

• Assist in monitoring all IT Infrastructure components including Servers, Networking, SAN Storage, System Backup/ Restore, System Security Control, etc.
• Act as a helpdesk to departments by providing excellent services/recommendations as well as secondary support to ensure those operating IT related issues are well resolved
• Provide support on system upgrade, installation and perform regular maintenance to ensure all the IT Services component in best performance status
• Ensure all IT related processes are compliance with internal policies and guidelines
• Handle adhoc projects as assigned

If you are :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience is a must
• Strong sense of responsibility, able work under pressure with good time management skill
• Energetic with good communication skills
