Mission

The assistant Boutique manager work closely with the Boutique manager and is responsible to support the Boutique Manager on boutique’s daily operation.

The assistant Boutique manager always respects the brand’s and the Boutique manager’s guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Able to conduct daily morning brief, set daily targets and manage the boutique stock if the Boutique Manager is absent
• Achieves the daily sales targets and respects discount policy
• Guarantees cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, grooming of sales team
• Completes daily reporting when closing the boutique
• Manages and follows up on reservations, repairs
• Applies CRM program and develops VIP customers
• Guarantees security of goods
• Collects client’s infos and maintains current data Profile

Profile

• At least 4 to 6 years of sales experience
• Good team management and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurship and flexible
• Strong sense of sales & luxury service
• Fluent in Cantonese. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
