Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of marketing plans including advertising, promotion, PR, media relations, and CRM programs;
• Development and implementation of sales promotions to achieve sales target and providing sales support to key accounts and chain stores;
• Development of point of sales materials to enhance in-store presence;
• Conduct marketing research on consumer behavior and competitors’ marketing activities;
• Coordinate with different internal/external parties to ensure excellent execution in the marketing programs;
• Provide support to ad hoc projects if required.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Management or relevant discipline is preferred;
• At least 2 years solid experience in Marketing / Trade marketing / Key Account, preferably in FMCG or Beauty industry;
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Pro-active with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Excellent command in both written /spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS office application;
• Immediate available is preferred.
