Responsibilities:

• Keeping close monitor on A&P and preparing all A&P reports;
• Handling all roll out and follow up actions of all marketing issues;
• Ensuring the workflow of each marketing programs like events and seminars;
• Ensuring PR and media communication is frequent and without delay;
• Working closely with sales and technical teams to create the most suitable marketing programs for sales achievement;
• Developing good communication with salon clients to help organizing marketing activities like window display and promotional programs;
• Initiating more promotional programs for salons including cross brand promotion with other cosmetic brands.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines;
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing field, preferably from cosmetic industry;
• Excellent command in written & spoken English as well as Chinese;
• Good command in data mining and analysis;
• Strong initiative, organization/ interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels;
• Independent, self-motivated and can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Passionate, outgoing, fashion lover and interest in people communication;
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
