Job Description
Life & Medical (Group/ Individual)
- Preparing quotation
- Coordinate with insurance providers on new business
- Handle renewal business
- Client servicing
- Claims handling
- Preparing management reports
Claims (Direct Insurance)
- Provide insured with guidance to process the loss
- Report and coordinate with the insurer
- Check policy conditions and premium status
- Follow up outstanding information/ documents and keep tracking the claims development
