Our client, an APAC based general insurer is offering one of the kind opportunity for young and energetic professionals with relevant experience in finance or insurance to join their management associate program.

What is the program about?

You will spend the first 2 years rotating among 4 different divisions:

• Business Services –technical team which comprises of underwriting, claims & other technical units 
• Bancassurance 
• Agency or Broker
• HQ Business 
  

You will learn the operation and business model of each distribution channel. You will also be given opportunities in regional or local training programs. You will also get overseas secondment opportunities to work in our client's Head Office. Our client would of course support all professional insurance training. Upon finishing the program, most of the associates will become an Assistant Manager in one of the business teams.

Who will you be?

You will be a degree holder in business, or any other disciplines with 1-2 years of working experience in financial industry. Good concept of insurance is needed as we expect you to have commitment to stay in the program, and contribute to the business after completing it. Demonstrating enthusiasm and passion in learning is the number one quality that we are looking for.
We are open to candidates who come from all walks of life as long as they are presentable, with good business acumen and strong motivation to excel.
