Who is hiring?

Our client is a top-notch global life insurer with one of the biggest operations in town. To cope with business growth they are now hiring a direct agency manager to manage their agency growth.

What will be your job duties?

You will act as an intermediary between corporate management and district managers. You will drive agency performance, set KPIs, boost incentives by aligning Company's training and business development strategy. You will liaise with district managers on implementing actions plans for agency force such as new recruits, agency activity and persistency. You will motivate and train agency force through agency meetings, individual conference and training seminars.

Who will you be?

You have solid agency management experience in covering sizeable agency force (at least 250 agents), track record in driving and monitoring business growth. You are a degree holder with proficient PC skills. Chinese and English communication skill is needed.
