Job Duties :

• Preparing purchase orders, delivery notes, preparing and processing letters of credit.
• Preparing shipping documents, coordinating shipment details with clients and operations staff.
• Responsible for operations flow and production follow-up, maintain regular contacts and coordinate with oversea and China offices for sales order processing
• Follow-up with oversea and China order clarifications, monitoring leadtime and delivery schedules
• Clarify products specification and order details, review costing and confirm delivery
• Assist in daily control of production efficiency and quality management to ensure customer timeline is met
• Report production issues, identify root causes and work for resolution proactively
• Compile monthly report of capacity and production forecast
• To handling repair stocks records for customers to suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• To assist in various and ad hoc projects.
• Smart with initiative, organized & detail oriented.
• Punctual, presentable, mature, pleasant personality, helpful and willing to accept responsibilities.

 Requirements :

• MUST have min. 5 yrs solid experience on operation works.
• F.5 or above
• Native Cantonese, good written & spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Email and Chinese word processing.
• Experience in tradelink, shipping for international & PRC companies desirable.
• Immediate available will be a great advantage.
