Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of I/E shipping documents, banking documents, L/C, Tradelink system, customs declarations and all related issues.
• Familiar with shipping process related to the textile material inbound to PRC is an absolutely advantage
• Produce accurate invoice and packing list in tight schedule
• Monitor shipment schedule and assign carriers to meet delivery requirements
• Coordinate with forwarder for delivery arrangement
• Work closely with sales team
• Coordinate month end cutoff

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in handling the shipping and banking documents of sales office for PRC and South East Asia countries, especially in the textile industry
• Good experience in handling with overseas clients and suppliers directly and independently
• Hands-on experience of I/E procedure in PRC
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, detail oriented, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
