Job Location

Languages
Minimum oral and written proficiency in English & Mandarin, other languages are welcome

Education
Tertiary academic background in Purchasing, Business, Marketing or related disciplines

Working  Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in toys / musical products / stationary, preferably in an international company or a company with international exposure

Requirements

• Experience in working with factory and familiar with manufacturing process
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self initiatives, proactive, and a good team player
• Knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Able to work with factories to justify in quality and secure on time delivery
• General knowledge in toys preferably

Job duties

• Responsible for order processing, production planning, and material quality control
• Supplier sourcing for different materials including price negotiation, quality control, and delivery
• Coordinate information among customer’s requirement with the factory
