Responsibilities

• Support in marketing planning and projects management to achieve designated marketing and business results for the group’s Chinese newspapers products
• Supervise subordinates to deliver quality and effective integrated marketing communications for brand awareness and content promotion; also responsible for on-going distribution planning and monitoring, membership and social media management as well as implement various readership stimulation programmes
• Identify and follow up with strategic partners for business development and joint promotion activities
• Work closely with inter-departments and external parties to organize the group’s annual anchor schools, parenting and corporate events
• Regular reporting to keep monitoring marketing results and P&L
• Team building and development

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing/Communication preferred
• Over 8 years integrated marketing experience in mass consumer market, advantageous with solid experience in handle large scale events, especially in education/parenting field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Good team leader and player, with initiatives and have passion in media industry and marketing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager
