Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement effective CRM strategies, programs & events for customer retention and business expansion
  • Build up & maintain close relationship with customers to enhance brand image & brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with agencies & vendors to develop and implement CRM projects, and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Conduct CRM post-campaign evaluation
  • Provide clerical support and maintain CRM database system with analysis
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
  • With solid and hands-on experience in CRM
  • Strong CRM / PR / marketing background with exposure in retail / luxury brand
  • Customer-oriented, energetic with latest trend & business acumen as well as creativity
  • Presentable with outstanding interpersonal, communication & analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
