Our client,  a listed Bank is currently seeking for a high calibre to join their team. 

You will work in the team to expand the card business by launching marketing programs and liaison with the business partners to make the best use of their customer database for creating cross-sell programs and joint-promotion campaigns.  Aim is to increase the profitability of the card products.  You will also analyze the results from market research and customer behavior studies about products to customize the best products and services to customers.

Responsibilities 

• Work with the team to create and implement marketing programs to the carefully selected customers
• Evaluate the results of marketing programs for its efficiency, to meet and to excel business target
• Make the best use of partners’ customer database by implement cross-sell and joint promotion marketing programs
• Make recommendation from the results of market research and customer behaviors on products, in order to maximize profitability
• Propose new card products to increase market penetration
• Maintain excellent relationship with the various business partners
• Manage marketing budget to make the best use of resources.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant Business related areas
• Minimum 5-yr experience in marketing field, preferably with card marketing experience
• Exposure with co-brand card is a definite advantage.
• Target-driven with excellent project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Work under pressure and tight deadline
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and well verse in MS Office.
