UBM Asia Ltd. seeks an analytics minded professional to join our B2B fashion exhibition team.   In this largely customer-driven, database marketing role, the Visitor Promotion Executive will work within the APLF fashion team of UBM Asia and be responsible for the growth, maintenance and  data manipulation of the Materials Manufacturing and Technology (MM&T) and Fashion Access (FA) exhibition databases.  In addition, he/she will champion several customer focused marketing programmes such as VIP buyer programmes and management of APFL’s electronic direct mail/e-newsletter schedule.  This role will liaise on a daily basis with cross-functional members within APLF such as marketing, sales, and management as well as larger groups within UBM including IT and Business Intelligence.  This position is an exciting opportunity to further develop both marketing and analytics skills while working in the B2B fashion trade exhibition industry.  

Responsibilities:

• VIP Buyers Program Management
• Email Marketing and Web Marketing Management and follow up
• e-DM (e-newsletter Distribution Management)
• Telemarketing managment and follow up

Requirements:

• University graduate in Hospitality/Marketing/Business administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years experience in customer relations management or membership programmes
• Experience in Email Marketing, Web Marketing and Digital Marketing are highly preferable
• Strong proficiency in Excel and HTML
• Experience with electronic direct mail and ESP tools
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably in Mandarin)
• Able to work under pressure, independently and proactively as well as to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML is an advantageous
• Immediately available is highly preferable
