Located in Hong Kong, the role of Senior Marketing Manager – UK Programs will assist the Country Manager and the UK colleges manage the recruitment of students from all areas of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. The role is responsible for taking a leadership role in market development, market diversification and growth within Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau; as well as ensuring high quality interaction with college-based managers in the UK.

Essential skills and experience

• Strong capability in the Mandarin and English languages
• Relevant tertiary level qualification/s and 2-5 years marketing and sales experience with proven track records in education field
• Innovative thinking and proactive work habits including an eye for detail and for new recruitment opportunities
• Proven ability to initiate and implement marketing strategies and sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
• Demonstrated ability to deliver to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take accountability for decisions and outcomes
• Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Possession of extensive knowledge and experience in using Windows-based software applications
• Flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
• Demonstrated effectiveness  within a matrix management structural context
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate as a team player
