Essential Responsibilities

• Liaise with the global marketing team and making use of the global marketing initiatives to formulate suitable strategies for local market needs.
• Propose local marketing seasonal plans, mapping out of such plans with timeline and budget.
• Execute all the agreed marketing plans.
• Oversee all marketing communications through different channels in Hong Kong.
• Create and implement timely visual merchandising program updates for retail.
• Provide seasonal visual merchandising update for wholesale key account.
• Take care of sponsorship / product placement with artists / celebrities/ trend setters.
• Keep up-to-dated VIP database.
• Propose and implement promotional programs and / or consumer retention campaigns.
• Plan and organise events where appropriate.
• Manage marketing spend to agreed budget / forecast and provide monthly reports.
• Prepare and send monthly activity report.
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• 5+years marketing experience
• Strong fashion/footwear background preferred
• Knowledge on CRM, Loyalty programme, Retail Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Digital Marketing and social Media
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the Asia region and UK office
